Stimulating Activities for Seniors

Getting older can sometimes mean facing challenges with our memory or thinking.

As we age, our cognitive abilities and memory can decline. Mental stimulation is a way to combat this decline.

Dementia Advocate Groups have shown that stimulating the brain improves cognitive function and reduces the risk of cognitive decline and dementia.

Being mentally active also helps seniors stay engaged and socially connected.

Mental activity and social connections have also been shown to improve people's moods and lower their stress levels.

At Amore Healthcare we will try to tailor activities to an individual's interests and abilities.
